About Us
Jordan Matheson Young is a rare multidisciplinary professional who combines strong technical and analytical training with real-world experience across mining, construction, defence, resource extraction, power generation, real estate, and intelligence operations. A graduate of McMaster University with a Bachelor of Engineering in Engineering Physics, specializing in Advanced Nuclear Engineering and Optical Systems Design, Jordan has spent over two decades building a career that defies a single job description.
His early career was forged in manufacturing and process engineering at Dana Automotive and Adventec Manufacturing, where he developed hands-on skills in automation design, non-destructive testing, and process optimization. That foundation in industrial systems led naturally into a long-range planning and training management role at Python Mining, where Jordan supported NI 43-101 property documentation, LIDAR scanning of underground excavations, and long-range operational planning in the resource sector — experience that closely mirrors the scale and complexity of projects served across multi-site mining operations in Canada and the Americas.
As an Intelligence Officer and Training Coordinator with the Canadian Forces (HMCS Star), Jordan managed secure communications, produced command-level intelligence assessments, and designed training curricula for military personnel, skills that translate directly into the rigorous reporting, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder communication demands of Canada's top mining, construction, and consulting firms. His time commanding an infantry platoon with the Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders of Canada further sharpened his leadership, operational planning, and team management capabilities.
In the private sector, Jordan managed photovoltaic installation projects as a Project Manager at Sirius Power, coordinating engineers, contractors, and government authorities across residential and commercial builds. He also brings four years of licensed real estate experience, having worked as a sales representative with ReMax Del Mar and Sutton Group About Town under the Ontario Real Estate Association. During that time he coordinated complex transactions with legal counsel, inspectors, and regulatory bodies, and completed advanced coursework in Real Property Law and Real Estate Investment Analysis — giving him a sharp understanding of Ontario’s property market, land valuation, and the legal frameworks that govern development and acquisition. As owner and operator of 2273476 Ontario Ltd, Jordan has managed construction and maintenance teams on residential and historic properties for over a decade, overseeing permit applications, contractor coordination, and hands-on build work across a range of project types. This direct construction experience positions him to offer clients hands-on project management and end-to-end construction services — from initial planning and permitting through to physical delivery on site.
Jordan is proficient with technical software tools including MATLAB, AutoCAD, and SolidWorks, and has practical familiarity with P&ID drawings, piping layouts, and nuclear regulatory frameworks gained through his industry background — knowledge that supports effective coordination with the licensed engineers on our project teams. Beyond heavy industry, Jordan brings practical, hands-on expertise in septic system installation, off-grid water supply systems, and solar panel installation — giving him a uniquely versatile skill set that serves both large-scale municipal and infrastructure clients and private rural or off-grid property owners across Ontario.
